Using our website
Acceptable use
When using our website, you agree not to send spam through our contact forms, upload malicious code, or use the site for any malicious purposes. If you leave comments on our blog, you must make sure your content doesn't violate anyone's copyright. If you create an account to access a Member Site or your purchases, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and must not share your login details with anyone else.
We reserve the right to revoke your access to our website or Member Site if you violate these terms. We reserve the right to moderate or remove any comments or commentary that we, at our sole discretion, consider unacceptable, including content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
Content and intellectual property
The copy, branding, and imagery on our website belong to foundhr (or we hold the commercial license to use them). Where other trademarks are used, this is with permission and is acknowledged. You may not use our content for commercial purposes.
Additionally, you must not share links to protected Member Site assets, such as images, resources, toolkits, and videos. If you need to report a copyright infringement regarding any content on our site, please email us at hello@foundhr.co.uk.

Purchasing digital products (exclusive of subscriptions)
Pricing, payment, and delivery
We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, processed securely at checkout. foundhr is not VAT registered, and as such VAT is not applied on any prices stated. Once your payment is successful, your digital content will be delivered immediately, usually via an automated download link or direct email access. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue our digital products at any time. In the case of discontinuation, hosted download links may expire or be removed and as such it is your responsibility to download and backup your content upon purchase.
Cancellation rights
As products are delivered or available automatically and immediately upon completion of purchase, there is no cancellation period and all purchases of digital downloads are final. By completing your order, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you cannot cancel the purchase once delivery has begun, and that refunds are only available in the limited circumstances detailed in these terms.
Refunds and duplicate purchases
Because the products we offer are digital and cannot be returned, your purchase is only eligible for a refund where you have purchased two of the same product accidentally. This eligibility does not apply where a product has been updated since your initial purchase.
Where there is a technical problem with the product, we will do our best to fix this. Where you are unable to access the product, we will provide an alternative version of the product, for example, sending the copy in an email. To enable a refund due to being unable to access the product, you’ll need to let us know within seven days and provide sufficient proof of this.
We’re unable to process refunds for any other reason, including but not limited to the following situations:
you no longer require the product
you have found an alternative
you are unable to open or edit because of software or hardware issues on your end
you have subjective opinions on the quality or suitability of the product provided it matches our description and functions as intended
you are unable or unwilling to provide proof of a fault on our end
your purchase was made over 30 days ago

foundhr provides templates and resources exclusively for commercial, business, and professional use, and are not intended for use by consumers or individuals acting outwith their trade or profession. By completing any purchase, you agree that you are purchasing on behalf of a business, that any consumer-specific rights (such as statutory cooling-off or cancellation periods) are not applicable to these purchases, and that we cannot be held liable for any personal issues that arise from using our resources.
Advice and guidance

Limitation of liability
We’ve created these resources to give you a great starting point, but our financial liability to you is limited. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the maximum amount foundhr could ever owe you for any claim or issue related to a product is the total price you paid for that specific item.
For free website content, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses or damages that arise from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot be limited, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, as required by Scots law.
foundhr is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss resulting from your use of this website or our products, or if this website is temporarily unavailable.
